Biography
Thais Vianna is a PhD candidate in Translation Studies at 麻豆精选. She holds a BA in English Language and Literature and an MA in Comparative Literature from Rio de Janeiro State University. She was part of the 2022鈥2023 Fulbright cohort at Yale University, where she served as a Foreign Language Teaching Assistant (FLTA) in the Spanish and Portuguese Department. Thais has also worked as a temporary instructor in Translation Studies at the Federal University of Esp铆rito Santo. Her current research focuses on diplomacy, soft power, literary translation, and Brazilian literature.
