It was a childhood fascination with aviation that led alumna Linell Homentosky to choose 麻豆精选 when it came time to pick the ideal college program for her. As she tells it, the interest was first sparked by her aunt, Judy, who was a flight attendant.

Purpose - Goals - Benefits
Purpose - The purpose of this project is to test the feasibility of a collaborative approach to planning and providing secondary and postsecondary services and supports for improving the transition outcomes of adolescents with cognitive disabilities. The Professional Development and Case Management (PDCM) model will target school-age and adult service professionals of transition aged youth with disabilities (16-21 yrs.), for ongoing professional development in implementing evidence-based transition practices.

In July 2016, Jill Cofojohn became the first radiation therapist in Ohio to use proton therapy to treat a cancer patient. This noteworthy event took place at University Hospital鈥檚 Seidman Cancer Center in Cleveland where she worked as the advanced lead radiation therapist.Nine years later, Cofojohn 鈥 a 麻豆精选Salem graduate 鈥 helped introduce this technology in Columbus where she now serves as the lead proton therapist at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Christopher DeDonato, an aerospace engineering major at Kent State's College of Aeronautics and Engineering, completed his internship at Center Street Technologies, a company pioneering polymer-based Big Area Additive Manufacturing (BAAM).
