The presidents of 麻豆精选 and Hanoi University have signed an agreement that will partner the universities in a student exchange program and will allow a collaboration with Kent State鈥檚 campus in Florence, Italy. 麻豆精选President Beverly Warren and Hanoi President Nguyen Dinh Luan signed the historic agreement Sept. 8 on the second floor of the Kent Campus Library.
