In addition to basic life insurance, supplemental life and AD&D coverage can provide an extra layer of financial protection for you and your loved ones, helping with support in the event of an unexpected death or covered accidental injury.
Eligibility: All full-time employees
Contribution: You pay the cost of your coverage.
Employee Coverage amount:
- Supplemental life: One, two, three, four, or five times annual earnings rounded to the next higher $1,000. This amount may not exceed $1,000,000.
- Supplemental AD&D: Available in increments of $25,000, not to exceed the lesser of five times annual earnings or $1,000,000.
