Year 1: Effective with the pay period which contains October 1, 2025, eligible employees will have their wage rate increased by 2%; then 50垄 will be applied to the wage rate for employees with 5 years or more of continuous bargaining unit service and an additional 50垄 will be applied to the wage rate for employees with 10 years or more of continuous bargaining unit service.

Year 2: Effective with the pay period which contains October 1, 2026, eligible employees will have their wage rate increased by 2.5%; then 50垄 will be applied to the wage rate for employees with 5 years or more of continuous bargaining unit service and an additional 50垄 will be applied to the wage rate for employees with 10 years or more of continuous bargaining unit service.

Year 3: Effective with the pay period which contains October 1, 2027, eligible employees will have their wage rate increased by 2.5%; then 50垄 will be applied to the wage rate for employees with 5 years or more of continuous bargaining unit service and an additional 50垄 will be applied to the wage rate for employees with 10 years or more of continuous bargaining unit service.
