As a result of collective efforts over the 2017 holiday break, the university avoided more than $25,000 in energy costs over nine days. Hayley Shasteen, a junior psychology/biology major on the Salem Campus, took first place honors at the �鶹��ѡ Summer Undergraduate Research Experience competition. She was one of 60 participants from all Kent campuses and competed in the psychological sciences division. The Area Agency on Aging 11 recently donated books and money to the �鶹��ѡEast Liverpool Season’s Readings project, marking the agency’s support of the project for a second year.
