Stop by the Student Services Office during the first week of classes to get your FLASHcard. 
Be sure to bring a state-issued photo ID with you.

You will receive your financial aid offer by email with instructions on how to accept, modify or view your financial aid award (including federal and state aid and university scholarships) in FlashLine in mid-to-late February 2027.
KSUview
KSUview is an easy and safe way to share your student information, such as financial aid, contact information, registration status and schedule and your student account (detail, summary, tax notification and holds) with parents, guardians or family members.

Within two weeks of admission, we’ll evaluate your GPA, test scores and/or transcripts to determine if you need to take placement exams.
Then, we’ll let you know how to take placement testing (if needed) and how to schedule a New Student Orientation appointment to register for classes.
