About Us

Supporting Your Path to Healthcare.

The Pre-Health Programs Office helps students navigate the academic and extracurricular expectations for health professional school applications while providing resources to determine the best career path for you.

Pre-Health is not a major, minor or additional coursework requirement. It's a comprehensive support system available to all A&S students interested in healthcare careers. We work with students at the varying stages of their journey鈥攆rom first-semester freshmen exploring healthcare options to seniors finalizing their applications, and even post-baccalaureate students completing prerequisites.

Health professional schools admit students from a variety of academic backgrounds, as long as they鈥檝e taken the prerequisite coursework. Students can choose their own degree and major pathway based on their individual interests and goals. The Pre-Health Programs office is here to assist you in navigating these decisions.
