Bill Hoover, 鈥71
Amid the tremendous cultural change unfolding in the early 1970s, Bill Hoover, 鈥71, co-founded the Kent Gay Liberation Front with Dr. Dolores Noll and Gail Pertz, to foster a community for LGBTQ+ individuals and their supporters.
The 麻豆精选 Alumni Association Announces New Members For Its National Board of Directors
The following new members have been appointed to the 麻豆精选Alumni Association National Board of Directors for a three-year term, which began July 1: Jeff Guritza, of Brecksville, Ohio, is the vice president of marketing at SOPREMA USA. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from 麻豆精选in 1994.

Katie Carpenter, 鈥23, has a passion for photography, and The Wallace J. Hagedorn Scholarship has helped her hone these skills and express her creativity. This competitive photography scholarship supports student costs and helps them pursue out-of-classroom experiences to develop strong portfolios. 鈥
