Near the building site of Crawford Hall, which will be the new home of the Ambassador Crawford College of Business and Entrepreneurship, a furry campus resident is busily digging his winter burrow. 

Groundhogs hibernate over winter, so once this burrow is finished, this groundhog will enter a dormant state in late fall and not emerge until late winter or early spring - probably weeks after "Groundhog Day."
