Attending university athletics and arts events as a way to come together during challenging times was among the many topics �鶹��ѡ President Todd Diacon discussed Oct. 23 during his monthly Talking With Todd town hall-style Teams meeting with the campus community.

He also spoke at length about the university’s recent financial update and the many challenges �鶹��ѡis facing for the foreseeable future.

“Every year, when we start a budget to build a budget for the next year, we know we’re going to have to reduce expenditures by somewhere around $5 million to $9 million to then live up to a balanced budget,” Diacon said. “Our hair is not on fire. We’re being very good stewards of the institution’s resources.”
