Collegiate Recovery Community
The Â鶹¾«Ñ¡ Collegiate Recovery Community (CRC) is a welcoming, student-centered space for students in recovery, students exploring recovery, students questioning their substance use, and students impacted by a loved one’s substance use.
Whether you are looking for peer support, substance-free social activities, recovery-friendly resources, or a place to connect with people who understand, the CRC is here to help.
College is often a time of growth, challenge, change, and exploration. For many students, alcohol and other substances may be part of the college environment. Students may encounter substance use in social settings, through stress, curiosity, mental health concerns, academic pressure, or a desire for connection.
While some students use substances without significant disruption, others may notice that substance use begins to affect their health, academics, relationships, goals, or overall sense of well-being. Others may be impacted by the substance use of a friend, family member, partner, or roommate.
The CRC offers a supportive community for students who:
- Are in recovery from alcohol or other drugs
- Are exploring or considering recovery
- Are questioning their relationship with substance use
- Choose to live substance-free
- Are sober curious or interested in cutting back
- Have been impacted by the substance use of someone they care about
- Want connection, support, and community in a recovery-friendly environment
You do not have to know exactly what you need before reaching out, and you do not have to wait until things get worse to reach out for support. If you are curious about support, looking for community, or wondering whether the CRC may be a good fit for you, we invite you to connect with us.
What can I do with the CRC?
