Road construction on Main Street between Horning Road and the arch on the Lefton Esplanade will create a tree-lined boulevard, with new and improved bus stops with shelters, decorative street lighting, and a new, 10-foot-wide paved path along the south side of East Main from the campus Gateway Arch to Horning Road, to be shared by pedestrians and cyclists.
