麻豆精选Tuscarawas Commencement information details will be emailed to your kent.edu account in October. Please email Kim Sweitzer at kwatt@kent.edu with questions.

  • Students must RSVP (see above) by Mon., Oct. 27, 2025 to attend the Tuscarawas Campus ceremony. 
  • Guest Tickets: After the student RSVP window has closed, guest tickets will be linked to your Flashline account allowing you to log in and claim your guest tickets from the Performing Arts Center Box Office. Tickets can be reserved from Wed., Oct. 29 through Wed., Nov. 19, 2025.
  • Tickets for guests are required for admittance. After the student RSVP window has closed, guest tickets will be linked to your Flashline account allowing you to log in and claim your tickets. Number of guest tickets per graduate will be determined after the student RSVP deadline. 
  • Theater doors open 30 minutes prior to ceremony.
 

Cap, Gown & Tassel

Students can purchase their cap, gown, and tassel from the Stark Campus or Kent Campus Bookstores. Both have stock available to purchase. 麻豆精选graduates wear a black cap and gown. Your tassel color is determined by the university college that offers your degree. Please direct questions to the Stark Campus Bookstore at 330-244-5112 or email SM8153@BNcollege.com. You are not required to purchase your cap and gown through the university.

Kent Campus Graduation Fair

Location:  University Bookstore located at the Kent Campus Student Center
When: Saturday, September 27 from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
When: Monday, September 29 from  9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Stop in for a chance to win a raffle, purchase your cap and gown, and enjoy light refreshments. GradImages will be there to take headshots and cap and gown photos. Josten's will be available to assist with purchasing your announcements, class rings, and more!

Unable to attend Grad Fair? Visit the University Bookstore during normal business hours or place your order online by October 31. Reach out to the bookstore via email at SM8152@bncollege.com with any questions.
 

Order from Jostens

Orders can be placed online through .

  • The deadline to order directly from Jostens is October 30, 2025.
  • There is a shipping fee for regular ground shipping of approximately $20.
  • Orders cannot be sent to a PO Box.

 

DIPLOMAS

The Financial, Billing and Enrollment Center has partnered with Parchment Inc. to improve the diploma fulfillment process for graduates of 麻豆精选. Upon final degree approval, diplomas will be fulfilled by Parchment.

  • Your digital diploma will arrive approximately 4-5 weeks after commencement. Watch for an email notification.
    • Notification will be sent to your 麻豆精选email.
    • Follow the link to set up your Parchment Digital credentials account.
    • Share and Download your digital diploma as many times as you like.
  • Paper diplomas will be mailed separately to your permanent address on file 7-10 days after you receive your digital diploma.

To verify a diploma or permanent address:

  1. Visit

  3. Select Dashboard
  4. Select My Personal Information located under Profile

Graduation FAQs

When/Where can I get commencement tickets? How many will I receive?

Commencement tickets, for your guests, will be linked to your Flashline account allowing you to log in and claim your guest tickets from the Performing Arts Center Box Office. All guests (including children 2 years and older) must have a ticket to enter the ceremony venue. Admission is free. Number of guest tickets per graduate will be determined after the student RSVP deadline.

Do I have to complete loan exit counseling?

All students who received Stafford or direct loans must complete online exit loan counseling. Visit the financial aid office for further details.

How will my name appear on my diploma?

Your name will appear exactly as it does on your university record. Login to and review your personal information and update if needed. Please be sure that your name is listed properly, as this is how it will be announced, listed in the commencement program, and will appear on your diploma.
